Villa Adriatic has real quality rooms, and a wonderful view from the lovely balcony. You have to walk up a long pathway and climp some stairs from the sea, but once there, the fantastic host Dino and his family makes you feel so welcome. Good food too!

The hotel was peaceful, had excellent views and beautiful location short walk to harbour. Enjoyed the location on the hill. Spent our evenings in nearby Bistro & Restaurant Oleander, especially when it was hot outside👌👌

I had really really nice stay, the place is peaceful and modern!
The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early. The rooms were functional and newly decorated, included an air conditioning and a work desk. All the staff was attentive and amiable, resolved my issues.

The morning meal was delicious. the view of the swimming pool was worth every penny. - the central location is next to Mlini's best beaches, the bus stop to Dubrovnik and nearby sea villages, a hiking trail, and the bus station for Dubrovnik.

Nice family atmosphere...
Too many stairs. Hard to reach. Nice hotel owner but poor facilities and uncomfortable beds & rooms. Weak breakfast.

The owners are perfect. They helped us with everything. And the see view is very beautiful. We planned to stay one night but finally stayed for 2.

The room here is a good size and has everything you need, like a really comfy bed, air conditioning, and a work desk. Plus, the view from the room is absolutely stunning 😍. It's also in a great location, close to the bus station that takes you to Dubrovnik.

The owners are very nice. Our room had a beautiful sea view. Good parking possibilities. Only 8 km from Dubrovnik.
Rooms are small and of lower standard. Very dark and there are no bed lamps. Furniture is old. No fridge, no TV, no phone... Strange that it can qualify as a 3-star guesthouse. Wireless Internet signal was very bad in our room, practically unusable. Generally, this guesthouse needs a face-lift. Furthermore, it is situated far up from the main road, and you have to climb many stairs - not very practical if you have heavy bags! Our stay was short, so we didn't mind the standard so much, but it is unlikely we would choose this hotel for a longer stay.

The room we stayed in was pretty spacious and had everything we needed, including a strong AC. It even had a cool terrace and a balcony 🌿. the location was great, just 15 km from the airport, making it super convenient. Plus, being right by the beach was a huge bonus.
